Consent for Recording:

• All sessions are filmed for fantasy foot fetish content production.

• Consent to be recorded is mandatory for participation.

• Clients can request to have tattoos or identifying marks cropped or blurred.
   

Use of Recorded Footage:

• All footage is recorded using company-owned equipment only.

• Clients wishing to obtain a copy of the edited footage for personal use must sign a video release waiver and provide a valid ID for the required 2257 release form.

• Commercial use of the footage is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• An additional fee and identity verification process apply for clients wishing to record with their own equipment.

No Sex Policy:​

• No sexual activity of any kind is permitted during sessions.

Deposit & Balance Payment:​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No booking date or time will be confirmed without a deposit.

• This deposit will be applied to your total session balance.

• The deposit will be forfeited if:

  • You fail to show up for your session.

  • You arrive more than ten minutes past your scheduled time.

  • You create a hostile or unsafe environment.

  • You disrespect personal boundaries as determined by Melanated Goddess @worshipsolz].

• In the rare event that @worshipsolz needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be promptly returned.

• Your remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the session. Accepted payment methods include:

  • CashApp 

  • Venmo

  • Apple Pay

  • Amazon Gift Card (must be discussed prior to booking)

  • Throne.com/worshipsolz 
    
    For safety reasons, cash payments are not accepted.
     

Verification Requirements:​

• All clients must be verified before their video shoot, providing references from previous models/sessions and a state ID/DL with visible DOB, name, and picture.
   

Timeliness and Communication:

• Clients must arrive on time, with a grace period of ten minutes. Late arrivals will forfeit their deposit or session fee.

• The session location address will be provided at least two hours prior to the scheduled time, with the specific room/apt number given upon arrival and text confirmation.
   

Hygiene Standards:

• Clients are required to have conducted proper hygiene immediately before arriving, to include:

  • Showering

    • groin

    • underarms

    • anal areas

    • feet

    • teeth 
       

  • Arriving with clean clothes

    • underwear 

    • socks

• A $25 fee applies for showering at the time of service, with time deducted from the session.

• Clients are requested to refrain from ejaculating for 1-3 days before the session to enhance the experience & avoid erectile dysfunction.

• Clients with concerns about premature ejaculation may request to be "edged" during the session.
   

Content Preferences:

• Clients are encouraged to share any specific videos or activities they wish to explore during the session.

• Melanated Goddess is open to learning and trying new things as suggested by clients.

Acknowledgment:

• By participating in a session, clients agree to these Terms of Service and certify that they have read and understood all provisions.
